Vendor Tracking

If you deal with multiple vendors, using card files or note pads for orders can be a real nightmare. OrderTrax maintains a list of vendors on one simple screen. It allows you to specify certain vendors as "Favorites". At the click of a button, OrderTrax displays those vendors used on a regular basis. Click another button to display a complete list. At the click of a button you can display a purchase history for that vendor. This tells you how much money you have spent with that vendor during the specified time period.

Order Tracking

No more guessing when an item was ordered. All purchase order info can be seen at a glance. OrderTrax also helps fill out orders. It remembers the previous orders placed with each vendor. As you select an item name, all other order information (price, quantity, etc.) is filled in automatically.

Inventory Tracking

As P.O.'s are received, all items in the order are automatically transferred to your inventory list. OrderTrax keeps a history of changes in inventory levels. You can quickly see how much inventory you have used over a specified period of time and how much it cost.

Click the History button to see the Purchase/Use history of a given item. Now you have the power to negotiate pricing with your vendors!

Select an inventory item and click the Order button. A new P.O. is produced and ready for delivery. Selecing additional inventory items will add them to the same P.O. What will you do with all your free time?
